Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Is this psychologist easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Would you refer this psychologist to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Their staff was not knowledgable, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very disappointed. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. The phones are always busy and no one gets back to you.
