Dr. Speck-Kern is the consummate professional with a caring approach. She truly cares about each client and capitalizes on the strengths each person has; Doctor Speck-Kern helps each client identify their weaknesses and parleys these to each person's advantage. One thing in particular I admire and respect about Betsy is her sense of responsibility to her profession and to each client; she regularly can be found as an active participant in conferences, seminars, and training to further her own understanding. Dr. Speck-Kern keeps abreast of developing research and strives to implement this into her practice. She is well respected and admired by all who know her. Personally, I hold her in high esteem and have referred many individuals to her with positive outcomes. She is honest, straightforward and direct; Dr. Speck-Kern does not sugar-coat anything, but she is gentle and tender. I recommend her without hesitation or reservation.

Dr. Speck-Kern is a compliment to the field of Neuropsychology. Not only is she extremely bright and up to date on latest research and findings, she maintains the integrity and dignity of the client and family. She is compassionate and sensitive. Nancy, her office Assistant is just as compassionate and very helpful. They are a great team. I would most definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the service that would benefit me the most. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. The restroom is down the hallway, and they always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I so appreciated how quickly I was seen. I didn't spend any time in the waiting room at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The appointment does take quite a while since she was very thorough. Keep in mind It takes about two weeks before test results are sent out to your physician.
