Rob McCarter is an excellent counselor in so many ways. He is great dealing with the entire family unit and wonderful with children, fostering trust and sparking improvement in various areas of life. I take my children to him and we all see him together and they also see him individually. We are all better people because of him and the direction he has given us. Thanks Rob.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
