They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

I quit going because I felt cheated financially in that I was expected to pay for services that were NOT rendered. He was often condesending and treated us like children rather than adults.

He is ok as a therapist--however, there are dozens more with as much training and experience in NYC/NJ. He was overpriced for his group he ran. There are much better groups in NYC. Start looking by contacting the East Coast Group Psychotherapy Association reps.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
