I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The entire time I was there, their entire attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
