I have been a patient for 7 years. waiting time is usually 15 minutes. My DR>Chandra Lecount has seen me all this time. I have diabetic nueropathy and without my meds the pain in my feet and hands feels like I Klingon Pain Sticks and can't work or sleep. I had tried other meds such as Lycra Tramadol, and Mindfulness Meditation which were not effective. Before going to Rosen Hoffberg I had contemplated suicide, so they saved my life

They only care about getting you hooked on pain medication and then making money off of you. You wait for hours because they schedule every 15 minutes. They rush you through your appointment and don't listen to your needs. I'm currently looking for another pain management place to go to. I have been going to Rosen-Hoffberg for over five years and have been afraid to leave for fear of change, but it's time.

They are wonderful and very caring about your needs. Fortunately, Dr. Ina Makondawire is not there anymore. She was aweful. If you are EVER AT SMART PAIN MANAGEMENT, please don't see her. She went to work there recently. Thank Goodness she is gone from this Pain Management Facility

You will wait a long while to see Him. He has good traction tables and PT there and at Ruxton Towers. Been in a car accident or on the job injury , this is the place to to go .

I see Dr. Chandra LaCount. She is very easy to speak to and patient when dealing with changing issues. She is also compassionate and reasonable, when changes need to be made to maintain function and employment. My experience has been excellent. I have seen other patients waiting for hours, but I have not had that issue with her. She has seen me since December 2011 and I wouldn't want anyone else treating me. I am able to work and take care of my family with the treatment that I am on and I spread the word about the facility. One other thing...the office staff used to be very unprofessional. That has changed and now, they are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They were so knowledgeable, and I felt very safe in their care. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
This applies to the initial appointment setters
Super rude!
