You couldn’t pay me enough to go back and see him again. Dr. Rollo is emotionally unfit.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that Cook Rollo took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. He consistently talked about his own problems.. I don't trust him. This person is a predator and sexually abusive to clients.

If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever.

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?

If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here EVER. I felt even worse when I left. Dr. Harger Cook Rollo's care is not safe or a safe place. During my experience it was about HIM, his divorces, him being vilified by someone. He became sexually involved with clients (this information is on court records) and lost his license (check with the Department of Professional Regulations for more information). It appears he is now back into the business, without a license, unable to use insurance companies, and this should be a huge warning to all.

Wonderful service! It was great when I was going once a week and it is still great checking in periodically every few months. Not only did I get help with what I wanted but so much more. I feel that I was shown the tools that I already possessed to do the repair that was needed. I have never felt more at ease or more empowered. I have no doubt that if someone truely wants to put the effort forth to heal themselves they will find the help they need here.

This man almost destroyed my family. We thought it strange he only would come to our house to counsel with our child, never mentioned he had an office, which I guess he did not. His method was Freudian and harmful, causing our child's behavior to escalate. He did not seem to realize he was being manipulated by our teen, with the result that our child felt validated in his misdirected anger towards a parent and was not made to take any responsibility for his own behavior. Thanks to Mr. Cook, (or Dr. Rollo, as he has his clients call him) our son started getting physical with us a few times. It had never happened before, nor has it happened since.

Since he first walked through our door, red flags went up in my mind, but I brushed them aside, until things worsened, then I decided to do a search on him and discovered his license to practice had been revoked not once but twice. Which is why he seemed so careful to tell us several times he considered himself a family facilitator, or some such nonsense, because he no longer can call himself a licensed psychologist. BEWARE OF THIS MAN. I should also mention he would only take cash payment.

Since finding a truly qualified professional, our family is finally healing from the trauma this man caused, and my son is making progress rather than worsening as he did with Mr. Cook. He apparently has his own deep psychological issues and should in no way be allowed to counsel others in any manner.
