I would give him zero stars if possible. I had one session with Roger while going through a breakup. He had already been through a session with my ex, in which Roger decided every issue in our relationship was a result of me and my actions alone. Roger spent most of his session with me by telling me what problems my ex had with me and even tried to place some bunk diagnosis on me. I guess it saved me some time by having a pre-counsel session with someone else telling Roger about me so I didn't have to explain any of my thoughts and feelings. My appointment was so grossly unethical, but I didn't have the strength in myself to file an official complaint against him. Go see Roger if your emotional health needs to be brought down and you believe that others' opinions about you are more important than working on yourself.

Roger is compassionate, hard working, and very capable. He has seen our son for pain management and my husband for generalized anxiety disorder. We don’t know what we’d do without him!

Roger is wonderful. He cares so much about his clients and really has done some fantastic work with myself and my ex. He got us to a good place again but we did have to be willing to get there ;)

Roger Reynolds is a very biased and unfriendly individual as well as he will not honor your confidentiality agreement that you sign.
My ex and I had been going to roger for about 6 months before we divorced. Roger testified on behalf of my ex and the judge allowed roger to speak of things that were disclosed in private sessions between myself and roger. He has no honor or integrity and will do what right for himself and his client with total disregard for confidentiality agreements.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait just to get someone to talk to you. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The entire time I was there, attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me.
