Sandy was my therapist off and on for about 10 years and I honestly can say she is one of the positive voices in my head. And, my Mom, of course...

Major Depressive Disorder and Acute Alcoholism are my primary problems.

Therapy is a learning experience.

I gave Sandy my magic wand I bought in San Fransisco and never saw it again. Pretty sure the girls got it. Sandy explained therapy wasn't like a magic wand fairly soon after we met.

But...I have a little quietatude.

It's all I ever wanted.

I was suprised, no stunned that she encouraged my wife to go to the bars as often as she wanted, to stay out as late as she wanted, and to wear anything she wanted.
The whole reason I seeked help, was my wife, was always hanging out late in the bars, where she would wear short skirts and low cut tops. Sandy Lewis Roberts encouraged her to continue that behavior. What kind of counselor would support that?

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
Yes, I felt informed when I left
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
Did this psychologist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
