This place is a sad excuse for a rehab facility. It's filed with second rate medical professionals who don't care about whats best for the patients and don't want to be bothered to communicate to guardians or next of kin. Doctors are never around to meet and their main objective is money and getting rid of patients as quickly as possible. My family has never experienced such medical negligence in my life. This facility needs to be sued and legal action needs to take place to shut this place down. What's it going to take for this facility and their employees to understand their lack of care or action on a patients health? Someone's life? A lawyer? Get your act together and do your job

My son was a patient 2 years ago and again the day after Christmas this past year. He was kept 3 days, given medication and released. After he had his appointment with another NEW psychologist, he lied and said he felt fine. THEY BELIEVED HIM! He is FAR from FINE and now we can't get him back in to see the Dr. Personally, I think the whole system is run by idiots.

very compassionate care given to the patients. When my teen had to be admitted, took the time to explain the entire process and what was to be expected as far as care and schedule on a daily basis. Always kept me well informed.

Wanted me to come visit every two weeks, I advised will need the FMLA paperwork completed for my job. I made sure the correct paper work was faxed and was told they couldn't fill it out. I asked for help today to approve the paper work and she said she hasn't seen me since 10/01 so will not approve. I can't come see you if I can't get the time off of work approved by you through FMLA. Thanks for NO help at all. Not to mention the front desk staff makes sure you know they hate their job.

My husband was given a mental health medication that was clearly not supposed to be prescribed along with a medication that causes drowsiness. Long story short, we ended up at the ER with him feeling like he was dying. Heart palpitations, super high blood pressure and pulse, tremors, chills, extreme fear. We would like to sue them at this point but don't have the money to do so.

Rules change from one shift to the next. The intake Nurse said we were allowed hard candy and plants in plastic containers, the second shift crew took the candy from my daughter and wouldn't allow her the plant. There is nothing on the walls in patients rooms and they are just drab boring white. They only take patients outside of they feel like it. They treat patients how they want and at their own discretion instead of all following the same policies. What is allowed is different from one worker to the next. The visit room has nothing for kids and is not kid oriented. They do not have enough activities available for all kids to do. It's very limited on everything. You can not bring any food to your child they are forced to eat what the workers bring them and its usually not enough to be filling. Three days have gone by and still no word from the psychiatrist who is treating my child. Lowsy facility to say the least

The worst and most in competently run clinic I have ever worked with. I have been in treatment for my mental illness consistently for 20 years. For the past seven years I have been a patient at Robert Young. The nursing staff was very rude and neglectful. Not returning urgent calls from myself and other patients. While my Dr was very intelligent and as diligent as he could possibly be, the clinic was to overloaded with patients for my Dr to concentrate on difficult cases.

Since I do not receive medicaid and only medicare, I have a copayment. Keep every receipt because the billing department may decide they have not received payments going back 2 years ago. Not all just selective visits. You see although I made my $40 copayment each visit , the Robert Young billing department took my money and informed me some of my copayments were applied to an old balance and some were not. Ive given the Robert Young Center thousands of dollars in copayments over the past seven years. This is a devastating blow to me! I can't get Robert Youngs billing center to provide a record showing "where" my money went!!!!

Robert Young Center is a danger to those who are receiving medication throughout the community. The patient to Dr ratio is to high (patient). When my Dr retired on Sept 1 , 2015 I searched all over multiple counties for a new psyciatrist. Staying with Robert Young was not an option.

I felt as if they didn't have alot of hands on treatment. The youth center seems more like a daycare rather than a mental health facility. The decor is very depressing and drab. I do not care for this facility at all.
