I missed my appointment by mistake I called to let them know and they said that the doctor let me go I asked if there was a way to fix it they told me no and to all the insurance company and the guy was very rude and hung up on me now I’m with out a psychiatrist

The level of care I received at this facility was sub par at best. The PA that I saw seemed ill prepared to deal with someone suffering from anxiety. He told me numerous times that he would review my old records and failed to do so after 10 weeks. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who is seeking actual treatment. The lack of attention to detail could potentially cost lives.

BEWARE!!! Their office is poorly run by the owner/manager Joanie who demanded to be heard; blocked the exit door, etc... she needs professional help. Many things are very wrong within those walls. Please, beg your HMO to refer you elsewhere. A same day cancellation goes into their system as a "No Show" with great consequences. A nurse who see's patients instead of a mental health professional; berated and threatened me for 15 -20 minutes, saying things such as "and if you are ever even 1 minute late, then you can get help from straight Medicare", ignored questions, talked to the air while making notes, refused to refill an SSRI until seen in person, yet the front desk makes patients call in daily when seeking an appointment - for 78 days! There is no recourse, no way to report a problem, no process nor procedure to follow. Why would anybody work there? The building is beautiful. All else is sub-standard, par with American Horror Story.
