I have had post-traumatic stress disorder forever (40 plus years) and I blindly went to Process Strategies in the hopes of helping with this. NOTHING has ever worked for me. I have tried everything. I am so sick of "experts" who think they know more than I do about my condition. Sick of them lying to me, saying they can help. I could go on and on but it's a waste of time. When the lights go out I have collapsed to the floor sobbing and screaming, injuring both knees requiring knee surgery afterwards. I hope other people have issues that they really can improve and get better.

The longer i went there the worse it got. The staff were rude, unprofessional and not trained well. Nor were the dr's/nurse practitioners. It took longer to walk to the office than time spent with the dr./nurse. I don't know why, but i assume it's because the majority of patients are on public assistance, the atmosphere is one of disdain for their own patients, from everyone from the dr. or nurse, to office staff. Again, there is no speaking to the health care provider in the office after waiting hours, it's 5 minute visit writing prescriptions. This is sad for people who need and want to benefit from mental health care.

I was very disappointed in this place when you walk into the office to act like you don't exist.it's hard to get anybody to talk to you. Also dr. Braun is very short with you don't let you explain your situation or even talk to you you're pretty much in and out within two minutes. i've even been cut off in the middle of one of my sons is trying to explain to him the problems that I've had and he just ignored it sent me on my way. And the people at the front desk are rude has potential to be a very helpful place if they would get new doctors and new staff ..

Absolutely horrible. Impossible to reach anyone. Messages are NEVER returned. If you are in crisis, this is NOT where you wantto go. EXTREMELY dissappointed

So disappointed in this place. The office staff is rude and the billing department is not willing to help me bill my insurance for the $765 that I was stupid enough to private pay because I didn't understand how my mental health insurance procedure worked. No one ever answers the phone nor do they care to call you back. Did not feel I received proper treatment either. The doctors seem to be too over worked to care about the patients care. I only went Feb-Apr because I couldn't afford to continue financially nor did I trust the doctors to actually realize what I needed. Good thing that I wasn't truly suicidal. Would not recommend this facility at all.

It is impossible to get a human to speak with and even harder to get return phone calls. I have taken my 3 children there for 4 years ONLY because I respect Dr. Wehrle. It is certainly not because you are treated with professionalism or even respect. Messages left aren't returned in a timely fashion.

I am becoming more and more frustrated with this place because of the lack of common courtesy. The degrading and demeaning attitude the "office staff" has is unacceptable and an embarrassment to Process Strategies.

The attitude of the staff is such a hateful, cold, unprofessional attitude that I sincerely hope they are receiving therapy. Whether you are a two adult working family (which we are) or on assistance shouldn't not assign the demeanor of the staff.

I was appalled at the attitude the check out clerk had Thursday at 11:45 when I was checking out from 3 apts with Dr. Wehrle. This hasn't changed in 4 years, however, my business can certainly go someplace else.
