I haven't visited this therapist before however, I have been calling her office for about 6 months just trying to set up a consultation. She doesn't return calls. In my opinion that's bad business.

Yes everything was neat and sterile
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
