I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after only a couple of visits with Duane. He is very personable and interactive, which is something that I found important. I didn’t know what to expect, although my assumption was that I’d talk a lot and he’d just ask questions from time to time. Instead, it was like having a conversation with somebody I’d known a long time. Duane has great empathy and genuinely cares about his client’s emotional well being. I feel much more confident and hopeful about my future. I've sought counseling in the past and have never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than Duane. He’s always been on time for my appointments and has never kept me waiting. I’d expected to need to see somebody for quite a while, considering the issues I’d been facing. Instead, it’s taken half the time I’d expected and, thanks to Duane’s lending an ear and wise counseling, I feel positive about what lies ahead.
