This facility is all about the money. When I took my child in it was only for a consult. The therpist was saying that doctor wanted to admit her. I asked for how long and was told could be a week but if she is doing good a couple of days. I agreed and that was the biggest mistake. They immeditaly started medicine. I was able to see her on the second day she said everything was fine the therpist said everything was fine. One the third day I spoke to a nurse she said she was good so I called the therpist and asked could she go home she gave me the biggest run around. I had to speak to several different people. Then I was told that DHS w
Would be called if I took her out, but they couldn't give me a reason to keeo her. I even told them that I would do the out patient service but that was not good enough. Please make sure this is what you want before you check in. The school work consisted of word search puzzles. Its just aweful

With every therapist you must start from scratch. They don't look back in the child's file to review history of treatment or medication. They don't talk to previous therapists. They are just interested in medicating to the point of zombie-like. There is absolutely no "therapy" accomplished except to get the patient to say ANYTHING that they can use to warrant more medication and return for more visits. They don't offer 'hope" but instill a sense of hopelessness for the child!!!! It's all about the MONEY! This place does more harm than good!! Please do NOT send your child there!!!

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, multiple people had to stand
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
