Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I was shocked when they took a personal phone call right in front of me, in the middle of my appointment. It was so incredibly rude.

I was shocked when they took a personal phone call right in front of me, in the middle of my appointment. It was so incredibly rude. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Most of the time I was there, I felt pretty ignored. They didn't want to listen to any of my input or concerns.
