I find the reviews on this page surprising considering the experiences I have had with tthis office. Funabiki and Nichols are both rude and painfully narcissistic. Neither one properly diagnosed my health condition and when I raised objections I was promptly told "I knew nothing" - this despite the fact that we were talking about my own body. Nichols is well known at the WSU campus in Pullman for being dismissive of her patients as well as judgemental. She also never took one of my friends seriously regarding her mental state to the point where my friend was hospitalized for relapse. I highly recommend finding another psychologist and avoiding this office. On an additional note, I would love to know who really wrote the reviews below. I have never seen a genuine review where anyone gushes to quite the extremes that these reviewers have.
