They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I called many times and never had a return phone call. Many times I had to wait for my appointment. The staff posed leading questions.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. One thing I liked about their office, was their magazine selection. I always look forward to looking through their magazines while I'm in the waiting room. Time flies by. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, I was in agony!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
