Worse experience ever. Unprofessional and even though I went in for an unbiased assessment she actually admitted that she falsifies patient records for the right price to say whatever I wanted. Completely unprofessional.

Every time I tried to give them my input or concern, they just interrupted me or cut me off. They didn't care at all what I had to say. I'm still upset because of how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I felt like I was in there a week. She then decided it was ok to share my information with other people without a release. I have not returned to see her since. Completely unprofessional.

Every time I make an appointment, they're over an hour late. You would think they'd respect my schedule enough to show up on time. I wasn't impressed with their level of cleanliness. Normally, it wouldn't matter to me, but it was way too dirty in their office. Their office was simple enough to find. I usually have a poor sense of direction but I found it fairly easily. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back and see them again. They were horrible.
