Conduct unbecoming of medical professionals galore.
The first 24 hours I was denied my medications because their doctor only shows up for few hours, belligerently barks at people in a tick South Asian accent, then forces the on-staff nurses to take his files for him because apparently once he sits, his legs stop working. I had one nurse look at me like I just DARED to speak to her. Another took it upon herself to make it her personal crusade to derive me of my pain meds, which I was already taking at a reduced rate, and I had already gone through withdrawals because they denied me said meds until the doctor felt scruffy enough to show up.
They would frequently not communicate; many times did I find myself wondering whether a request I had was going to be met. I felt the need to be assertive but patient (since they controlled my life while I was in), because otherwise I would simply go ignored.
The nurses would frequently mutter things under their breath after conversations (like they think we can't hear them) and loudly declare how glad they'll be to go home (in front of people who can't).
That said there are a few good souls in this place, and why I can't just give it one star. Most of the people there seem to be there only for a paycheck-- you can tell the difference in how they act. The ones that are there to help are attentive, they converse with you, they actively try to help you. The others? They do the best they can to ignore you.

I live about 3 counties away from M.H.R.C my son was taken from orange park medical to this facility . I am afraid of this facility . In the past I had my other two boys at different times at this facility . On one occasion one of the adult patience was aloud to get right up in my face and tried to attack me . I would not send my dog there ! when they get your child you have to wait you can't just have them moved to a different facility . Tried talking to the staff and they won't even give you their name .I tried to get a hold of the director because I physically could not drive there to see if they would transport him to Orange park hospital so I could meet them there , but the director will not be in until Monday and it is Friday unable to speak with her at 1:30 in the afternoon she's already went for the weekend . They tell me if I'm not there by 10:00 tom . that they will call child abandonment . but there is no way for me to speak to the person in charge . Now I'm ill because I don't know how to get there and I will not step into the facility . They don't want to arrange to bring the paperwork outside when I do find myself a way to get there . They said they would call the director and try to have her call me , but then said she probably would not . I have had many other problems with this facility . well the director called me but was no help at all . please don't let these people get your children they have no clue as to what they are doing . I had to click at least one star to proceed with my review , clearly I give them no stars !

I am very unhappy with this facility. My daughter had to wait over 24 hours to see a doctor and psychiatrist. She did not receive her daily medication for two days. She is allergic to tree nuts and they gave her tree nuts to eat. I will never use this facility again. They were not helpful at all and even lied to me.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Plus, they will try to hold you there longer then needed without even seeing a doctor within the 24 hour period.,

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been through way to much in my 31 years & we I see my doctors here, they are always welcoming me with open arms & minds of coarse! ;-)

They are just in it for the money, only one psychologist seemed like he wanted to help me and in fact stated that he didn't think I should even be there. But the main doctor wouldn't hear it, now I have over $4,000 in debt that I can't afford. They wouldn't even let me choose the slide-pay option, and they couldn't explain why.
