Absolutely fantastic! I spent a little over 2 years visiting Mr. Owens and the guidance and tools he gave provided me with helped to change a pattern of unhealthy behavior. Thanks to Mr. Owens, I was able to grow and break the almost 2 decades old bad habits.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
