I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They treat all their clients with respect and dignity and always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It wasn't easy to find parking at their office, but I eventually found a spot. I wish they had more convenient parking. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.

They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I wasn't entire confident that they knew what they were doing. I wasn't too impressed. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I ended up having to call the emergency room because I couldn't get through to them. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
