Anita Horwitz was a huge help when I wanted to start working on changing how unhappy I was. We worked together over several years; she was always courteous and a great listener. I had experienced a traumatic childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood. Anita was instrumental in where I am today--a much happier and (mentally) healthier person. I highly recommend Anita to anyone considering starting out on the path to mental health and happiness.
