Since Dr Rao left and the clinic moved from Timbercreek, it has gone down hill!!!! I have never had such bad experiences with the providers and office staff at any clinic. The front desk clerk Tomeka lied to me and then refused to take my calls. No one would return calls. The wait time is ridiculous, two the three hours sometimes. I would not return to this clinic if it was the last one in town. So disappointed as they used to be the best in the city. If you can find any other clinic or provider, do so. It's not worth the hassle.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

I usually have to wait on hold when I call them. It's pretty frustrating. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. This provider doesn't rank very high in my experience with others in their field. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They are over priced as well.At least a 4 day wait on prescription refill authorizations from their medical assistants.Would not give copies of past reciepts and paperwork for insurance when I requested. Told me i had to drive all the way across town if i wanted copies. Office staff blatantly lied to me about several important issues just to get me off the phone. Disgusted. I have filed complaints for with the BBB, Tennessee Department of Mental Health, Tennessee Department of Health , and i am considering filing a law suit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
