Dr. Griffen is an amazing psychologist. I started going to her while my father was dying to address unresolved parent-child relational issues. She challenged my underlying beliefs and helped me to see things more clearly--not by pointing out my distorted thinking but by asking me questions--that helped me to conclude how my thinking was sabotaging my last days with my father. If I had not gone to her, I would have a lot of regrets. Because of the breakthroughs that I had in our sessions, I have very few regrets. I recommend her to ALL of my friends and colleagues who need marital counseling or parent-child relational issues or whatever. I have never had a one come back and say something bad about her and I have referred more than 20 folks to her since 2015.
