They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. When I first met Frank my life was coming apart at the seams. The first visit I knew I had made the right choice. He is the most caring, easy to talk to, person I have ever met. When ever our visit was over I always left with the feeling all things would work out. He never judged me and has a way of just building your confidence up, and get rid of a lot of old baggage I carried around. I doubt I will ever find anyone like him. He will be missed , I wish him the and Karen the very best.

They always take that extra step to work with me at setting my appointments. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The office is quaint, feels intimate and friendly . It was organized and well taken care of. Dr. Nelson has been a great help to me. He is gracious, soft spoken, intuitive and is obvious that he has much experience as a psychologist and life experience.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Not really, but I found a spot

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
