I was quoted $75.00 for a gas permeable contact lens over the phone. When I went to pick it up I was told it would be $100.00. When I told the staff that I was quoted $75.00 over the phone, they said I must have "misheard" the quote. Today, they were way overbooked and it took several minutes waiting in long lines before I was able to receive service. I was there almost an hour before I was able to leave with my overpriced contact lens.
