Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. It seems strange that a psychologist wouldn't display their credentials prominently, and I was a little suspicious when I didn't see theirs anywhere. I eventually saw it, but only after looking for it for a long time. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion.
