This woman continued to prescribe for me even though I was out of the state. Every time I called her she would call in a new prescription to CVS without changing any of the current medications. I ended being on 11 different psychiatric medications at the same time and felt worse than when I went to her in the first place.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, I never saw one
