The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Whenever I go, they make me feel like I'm their only client. They've always gone above and beyond.
