They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They weren't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. One thing I really appreciate, is how flexible their appointment times are. I'm always able to get an appointment at a time that works for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I showed up on time for my appointment but they are always running behind. I had to wait quite a while for them . Reaching a real person by phone is a nightmare. They are TERRIBLE about returning calls. If you ever need to change an appointment or ever need to ask a question... forget it. The doctors I have met with have been very good. But the support staff is ridiculous. Perhaps it's an out of date system, or an understaffed front office; but it is not an efficient system.
