The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
