Extremely difficult to reach on the phone- phone is rarely answered- always goes to voice mail and message retrned hours later- usually play phone-tag till I reach someone for an appointment. Waiting room is always bysy and I always wait at least 45 min or more for what turns out to be a 10 min appt. Doctor is skilled but rarely takes tiem to talk to me beyond seeing that I am upright and breathing.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation
Does this psychologist always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
