While the providers are good, the office staff is less than professional. They are rude and disrespectful. Anne is more worried about money than treatment. The secretary was rude and cold. My recommendation: STAY AWAY.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I will absolutely return..

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel their concern was not about the individual its was about the money. I am very dissatisfied with Baltimore Community Counseling Center on Harford Road in Baltimore Maryland. My son was diagnosed with being Schizophrenia. We had two types of insurances but I dropped one because it really no need in having two. When I dropped my insurance I called an spoke to someone o inform them that the insurance changed an that the co-pay would be changing. I gave my son the money but they would not take the increase. They could have called to find out the exact amount but they didn't they only would take $5 from my son. They told me that he could keep the therapist but he could not go to the psychiatrist. Well, sense he was comfortable with his therapist we would allow him to continue to see Dr. Malberg. But we need to find a different doctor to give him meds. The reception knew this so I asked them if they could ask the doctor to write him one month prescription, they told me we would have to pay out of pocket for the doctor to do this. At that time I felt that they was only concerned with the money portion. I was upset because of the type of business you think that the would be concerned with my sons mental disability but NOT AT ALL. Now my son is without meds because they refuse to send paperwork needed for services, because he has a $30 balance. Because my need to see the doctor for mental issues, I will pay but I feel its only fair to express how I feel about this particular agency. They are more concerned with pay than they are with the individual. Which we would not be in this situation if they only checked the insurance in the beginning. I will continue to voice my concern until I feel I have been heard.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
