No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I know that I can always count on Susan Baker to be available. She is a terrific psychotherapist, not afraid to challenge me when appropriate. Susan always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. She listen to every question or concern I may have. During my appointments, Susan always listen very intently, and has never done anything to make me feel like she wasn't paying attention.
