The amazing staff at azimuth will always show true compassion and help guide you through the difficult times in this crazy life. They are the stepping stone to mental health wellness. A place to find comfort, caring, and a safe environment to express anything. I was given a key to open the door to my true self and will forever be in debt to Dr. Downing.

I saw Pam Fox at this office. I wouldn't recommend her as a therapist for no one. She is not interested in knowing what is going on with you. Instead, she wants to impose her opinions and logic on how you should live your life. She submitted a criticizing letter to my medical doctor without discussing any of issues in the letter prior to her sending it. As a client, I expect more from a professional I am paying my hard earned money too. She appeared very irritated when I asked her questions and she cut me off several times when I was trying to talk to her. She is very rude and unprofessional. In addition, her receptionist, Rosey, is very unprofessional and untrained. I provided them a release notice to obtain some of prior clinical records. Weeks later, she stated she didn't know what to do with the form and filed it in my charts. It was one of their general forms and I was surprised she didn't know how to handle it. Moreover, she still did not fax it over when told it was important to continue with my sessions. This office is riduculous! Please do not go if you seeking assistance with any anxiety because I walked out worse than I was before going! Stay away!!
