They made sure all of my questions were answered, and are always there if I think of any more questions I want answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so knowledgeable, and I felt very safe in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
Our daughter saw her 2 times in 6 years. It was absolutely the very best decision we made. I followed all but 2 items on her list of recommendations. She is now in 9th grade and in all honors and AP classes. She changed our lives in the best way!!!

The worst I have seen
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

The Dr really knows what she is doing. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They've stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
