I can understand the negative reviews on this co called Dr. He is very strange and weird. He entered the room in a body shirt with several pieces of jewelry exposed on his chest, and smelling like cheap cologne mixed with body odor. He also had a bad cold and kept sneezing without covering his mouth. I watched this man literally wipe his nose with his hand. I do not recommend this guy to anyone!

For those making false statements on this public forum, please know that the proper authorities are being notified and the source of each review will be retrieved! If you made a review, you better be able to prove that you were an actual patient, where you saw this physician and the dates of service. This will all be confirmed and if you were not a patient or you were a patient and the information does not match up, legal actions will be taken!

Making serious accusations against a professional not only damages that person, but also family members and children. The defamation and blatantly trying to damage a person is going to come to an end!!!

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Dr. Securo was extremely rude and ignorant. He kept interrupting me every time I tried to ask a simple question, and would easily become upset for no reason at all. I do not recommend to anyone.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I felt the Dr. was EXTREMELY rude to me and did not address my questions at all. He talked to me in a loud manner and acted like he simply did not have the time for me.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
