DR. SAND IS GREAT, HE IS ALWAYS TAKING CARE OF HIS PATIENTS AND I 'M REALLY HAPPY TO HAVE HIM IN ELLENSBURG AND ALSO HE SPEAKS SPANISH SO IS GOOD TO HAVE A BILLINGUAL PERSON IN ELLENSBURG TAKING CARE OF PREG. MOMS.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
