At first I thought Dr. Vives was the greatest, until we had issues.
We had to go back after a year because there were still gaps in my daughter's teeth, so that was an additional six month wait that should've been detected by Dr. Vives in the first place.
Then we moved to another State, and the retainer bar that he cemented fell off, which he said would last forever. We called Dr. Vives, he said he was going to take care of the issue, calls us back a month later, a month not a few days but a month, the receptionist said she found someone to re cement the retainer bar, but you will have to pay $350-, we said I thought the Dr. was taking care of this, well she said if you were here he would take care of it.
When someone tells me they are going to take care of something whether it be monetarily, they should keep their word and take care of it especially because it was his fault.
Long story short he never kept his word, as soon as money was involved he dropped us like a hot potato, never called to see if the situation was addressed and just left it like that.......just terrible !

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
