It was several years ago and at the time Dr Mahoney helped my family and I are great deal. Only stopped going due to a move. Visiting wasn't geographically ideal. Great atmosphere, professional, and talented. Can't wait to go back now that I'm in the area again.

This is tough. Dr. Mahoney is a good doctor. I came in 18 mos ago with severe headaches. These days I'm feeling so much better, it's just incredible. The wording of the groupon is misleading, though. The doctor doesn't massage anything. The therapist does. He just does the adjustment.

The massage therapist, Stephanie, is awesome. She really informed me of the benefits of chiropractic care when I went in for my first massage. Obviously, I found it greatly beneficial. I don't know if I'd really have bought into it if it wasn't for her. Good job to her.

Here's the problem I've seen. Every time I turn around, the employees are changing! Not getting fired, but quitting to go elsewhere (I assume). With the exception of Dr. Mahoney and Stephanie, no one else stays any real length of time. I've seen 8 different front desk people in the 18 mos I've been going - and that's just in his Towson office. So maybe he's a good doctor, but I'm not sure what's going on that causes such a mind-blowing turnover rate. People start off working there and they're all excited to see you... then over the next 6-8 months, you can tell the excitement starts to get fake.

I like the updates in their office decor. Fresh paint does wonders. He's always got good music playing. Some of his equipment is showing its age, though. He had another doctor there working with him for awhile, but he left too. When I asked him where he was going from there, he got uncomfortable and didn't really answer me. There's obviously some weird stuff going on from the business/employer end of things. Doesn't he pay well? Or is there drama?

Who knows.... but it kind of makes me want to go elsewhere when I see the employees come and go they way they do. And I really liked Jessica and Katie. I liked Sarah and Lauren, too. Too bad they all left.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
