Phone number does not work. Have a brace on foot that needs to be fitted after weeks of wear and cannot reach anyone. Very poor customer service! No follow up, can't even wear brace cutting me. Thanks for nothing!

I was seen by a physician in Patchogue. I was then ushered into a curtained area where a woman fit me for a brace without discussing whether I needed this device or if my insurance would cover said device. Very dissappointed
