I had been frequenting Groves Vet Clinic for 3 years for my Chocolate Lab. Services were acceptable however fee's were astronomical. Explanations were poor and often found myself looking things up on the internet to get a clearer understanding. Never once were there any offers of aid, but their hand was always out.

I recently rescued 2 lab puppies that were abandoned on the side of the road. I took them in and phoned Groves on MORE than one occasion to get them in for care. I was told they would help with the fee's but when it came time to actually see the puppies I heard crickets. My 6 year Lab was in danger of possibly being infected with something without these puppies getting a clear bill of health and we reiterated that often, again, CRICKETS. My husband had finally had enough and phoned begging to be seen and instead we was turned away, and we received an email asking us never to return and accusing us of being rude and unruly due to the persistence of trying to get the pups in. I guess no good deed goes unpunished but I will liquidate everything I have to help these poor defenseless puppies and I'm not even in the industry. At least my husband and I have a heart!

So, there you have it! If you have a HUGE checkbook and are willing to buy them, they will see you !!!!!

I've taken my boys to Dr Groves when he first opened his practice Dr Groves and all of his staff are the most caring people. Tara has taken care of a lot of my boys everyone there is very professional answers all your questions explains everything to you. Emily Kim Ashley Kathy all the staff that works there are the best people. I wouldn't trust my boys and anybody else's hands.

wonderful office, personnel are friendly, attentive and my dog absolutely loves them all. They took care of my little guy when he was very, very sick and I needed their help.

I have rescued many dogs over the years. Along with that has been many, many visits to veterinarians. Dr. Groves hands down had the worst bedside manner of any vet I have ever been to. Arrogant? Very. You would do best to seek love and kindness for your pets elsewhere.

Very happy with the care provided by Dr Clark and his group. He kept my cat for a couple of days and saved her life. If it wasn't for him she wouldn't be here with me now. really caring people.

I was visiting from out of town and they helped me out when no other clinic would give me an appointment. The staff was friendly and really seemed to be knowledgeable. They offer more services and are more modern than the vet office I go to normally. My cat was sick and they got her feeling better within a couple of days so I am happy.

Very kind and compassionate staff. Able to get an appointment right away. Answered all my questions. Did not force any unnecessary treatments. Helped me to make the right decision for my pet of 16 years.
I will always recommend them.

It is impossible to go back to the day that I intended to submit this review and compliment. However, better late than never, it is proper that I praise you now. Through the diverse tribulations this life offers, one constant that I have been able to rely on, is the empathy shown by the doctors and staff at Groves. Always atop the latest technology and divergent "schools of thought", it is worthy to mention that the "humanity" shown me and mine, over 16 years has been priceless. Yet, to detail each event, one might think I was on the payroll but, a mere "thank you" can never articulate my appreciation for the deeds you have done.
