She is the best. Spends the time finding just the right spot! Sometimes that hurts, but it feels so much better after. i would send everyone to her.

I found this provider to be better than other providers I've gone to. I felt like I was definitely in the right hands. I love that she was more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt totally confident I was taken care of by the right professional.

Not at all! They gave me my full massage, and it was fantastic!

Sheila is an amazing Body Worker. Her integrated massage is a wonderful blend of deep tissue massage and Thai massage. Her approach is very therapeutic - with a hint of teaching me how to support myself, stand and sit and walk properly…to learn how to be me better….and to feel better. I go back time and again and feel great!
