Susan Flagel always helps my children she is comforting and helps them be at ease in her office. She goes above to find out what is wrong with them when they are not feeling well. Our family tells everyone about how much we love the office.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
