Mary is well versed in human anatomy and movement. She is one of the rare instructors handpicked and trained by Pilates protege' Romana Kryzynowska and holds a PMA "Gold Certification".
Mary makes precise corrections to balance my pelvis as it relates to my posture . No other instructor has done this.She has a very,very precise eye and integrates these corrections into my Pilates session and explains everything in detail while ensuring that my safety is paramount during these sessions.
