The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The office was very well organized and clean. I got to meet their new office manager who seemed very pleasant and professional as well. And as far as the doctors go, I saw Dr. McDonald and she was so sweet, caring and really took her time with me. Overall, I would say that this medical facility is definitely one I would recommend to my friends and family.

Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. What a great group of people to work with! The staff was sharp, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish other offices trained their staff as well as these are!

Dr. McDonald is amazing. She identified things that our past Dr had missed leading to early detection of what could have been potentially dangerous issues. We love this Doctor.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very updated. Dr. McDonald is amazing however The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Made me felt embarrassed in front of the entire waiting room and wouldn't even call my insurance to verify things. I've been going To this practice for 6 years - 4 of which used the same insurance and now they are being very rude with what insurance I use even tho they accept it! Sad to say I probably will not return

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
