Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
