I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Scott Himeda is a great doctor, friendly and caring. His Medical Assistance does not return phone call messages promptly, leaves no callback number except the office, but when you call the office, you cannot get her to answer the phone, even during business hours. She never answers the phone. Her callbacks are from a blocked number.
