Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I find Dr. HImeda to be an excellent doctor, very understanding and intelligent. I felt like he respected my thoughts on my plan of care. I'm always seen very quickly and the staff are all quite nice. My only two issues - and I see that others have posted the same things - are that you can never reach anyone by phone. It always goes to voicemail and you may or may not get a call back. You just have to keep calling until someone by chance answers the phone. And Dr. Himeda occasionally injects unsolicited conservative political viewpoints into conversation, which is fine in social settings but a little inappropriate between doctor & patient. Otherwise, it's been great so far.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
